Ann Deborah Fishman, Esquire is a practicing attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar as well as the U.S. District Courts Southern District Florida and Middle District Florida.

Ann is a seasoned legal advocate experienced in entertainment law, business to business transactions, technology development, licensing and distribution, film production, film finance and distribution, intellectual property, music law and business to business litigation.

Ann is the writer, producer and director of multiple films including “Christmas Overtime” on Amazon now and coming soon to NBC Peacock and SWIPED which screened on Netflix. Ann is a member of the Producers Guild of America.

Ann was the co-founder and general counsel of two technology companies that had significant impact in the fields of voice recognition software and electronic health record technology. Ann was an active member of the Technology Committee of the International Bar Association for several years.

Ann has a particular interest on the impact of artificial intelligence in the context of intellectual property rights for creators and is currently writing a book on entertainment law that addresses the topic in depth.
